Miss Ethnics Vietnam 2013 aims to honor the beauty and intelligence of Vietnamese women. It is a great opportunity for representatives of ethnic women along the country to communicate, learn and exchange cultural and social knowledges with each other.
Miss Ethnics Viet Nam was first organised in Da Lat City in the Central Highland province of Lam Dong in 2007, then in HCM City in 2012. It gathers hundreds of young women from ethnic groups across the country. This year, Miss Ethnics Vietnam contest will take place in Hoi An, Quang Nam Province. The competition is one of main parts of the 5th "Quang Nam heritage festival" programme, aimed at responding to the 10th anniversary of the UNESCO convention on protecting intangible heritages and further strengthening the great national solidarity.
According to the Board of organization, the president of Mrs World, Mr. David Marmel- will visit Hoi An during the final round and participate in the competition as special invited guest.
