StarCity Saigon was the home of Mrs. April Lufriu, the winner of Mrs. World 2011 pageant during her visit to Ho Chi Minh City last week. The crowned beauty together with The President of MRS WORLD Pageant, Mr. David Z. Marmel have been visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
Mrs . Lufriu, a mother of two children who were fighting for blindness, bested over 50 candidates in last year's pageant held at Orlando, Florida during which Nguyen Thi Thu Huong from Ho Chi Minh City won the second runner up title.
Hotels Operation Director of Ocean Hospitality (OCH) and StarCity Saigon General Manager, Mr. Sven Saebel said the arrival of famous personalities is what Vietnam needed to promote the country as a destination and Starcity Hotel Saigon is especially proud to be home for the beauty Queen.
Ocean Hospitality is working on a project with MRS WORLD 2013 & 2014 as Mr. Saebel already previously hosted in 2009 the Beauty Paegant in Baria Vung Tau.
