The world's largest travel site, TripAdvisor has awarded StarCity Saigon Hotel with Certificate of Excellence based on the reviews that the hotel guests posted online.
TripAdvisor issued the excellence award to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.
Ten percent of the accommodations listed on TripAdvisor received the same award. StarCity Saigon Hotel qualified the Certificate of Excellence award after the hotel maintained an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor.
The hotel also received quite a volume of outstanding reviews and feedbacks from their guests who stayed at the property within the last 12 months.
