Meeting and Event Packages

Our function rooms can be used as one large banquet area or divided into two separate ballrooms to accommodate different types of meetings and conferences. For a private meeting of 20 people to a large conference of 400 participants, our banquet facilities are ideal for any occasion in different types of setting.

 

Half-day without lunch, inclusive of:

  • One coffee break with 3 kinds of snacks & fruits.
  • 4 hour use of main function room.
  • Standard meeting set up with note pad, pen, mineral water, mints, flora arrangement.
  • Standard in-house audio visual equipment.

Half-day with lunch, inclusive of:

  • One coffee break with 3 kinds of snacks & fruits.
  • Set / buffet lunch at function room or outlet.
  • One round of soft drinks at lunch.

Full day without lunch, inclusive of:

  • Standard in-house audio visual equipment.

Full day with lunch, inclusive of:

  • Two coffee breaks with 3 kinds of snacks & fruits.
  • Set / buffet lunch at function room or outlet.
